Lack of Customer Service can kill you

September 1, 2010

As a consumer I have been overwhelmed with the lack of customer service in today’s world.   One incident I can overlook and with a busy schedule who has time to follow through and complain about the lack of service we get?  My recent experiences have taken on new meaning when it came to care my father received after a stroke or rather the lack of service and follow through with doctor specifications! More than 3 years ago, I had the honor of attending an International Coach Training Program and became friends with a talented woman, Gila Seritcioglu. We set an intention to present L-E-A-D workshops in her country, Turkey.

That intention, vision and dream became a reality. At the beginning of the month I presented Unharness Your Leader-Self, Leading and Living Your Vision, and Boundaries LEAD workshops in Istanbul, Turkey.

How many times have you hired a new employee, showed them their desk, the bathroom, the lunchroom, where to find the coffee and supplies, and then left them on their own to figure things out? Leadership Lessons from a Horse

December 3, 2008

Most leaders have this notion that they have to have all the answers. They struggle to find what works for the larger organization and for their followers.
